At EWI we work directly with zoos and sanctuaries to ensure their elephants are as happy and healthy as they deserve to be. We share best practices and conduct scientific research to constantly improve the lives of elephants in captivity.

We provide advice to caregivers and assist them in creating the best environmental and behavioural practices for their elephants to thrive.
We work directly with elephant facilities through our groundbreaking Elephant Welfare App, which allows them to use observed behaviours to track each elephant’s individual welfare and use them to develop tailored care plans.
